Specialized Caregiver to Baby Ratio

Low Staff to Child Ratio

Low Staff-to-Child Ratio

Typically, a higher caregiver-to-baby ratio is required to ensure each child gets individual attention. For babies, this could be 1 caregiver for every 2-3 infants.
